Sunday School - 22.09.24

In Sunday school today we heard about another two of Jesus’ healing miracles: healing a man with leprosy and a man who couldn’t walk. The man with leprosy was separated from his family and friends because of his disease.

Sin separates us from God. It’s a problem we all have. Jesus touched him and he was made well again! The man who couldn’t walk had four good friends who brought him to Jesus. The house was so full they lowered him in through the roof! Jesus told the man his sins were forgiven - something only God can do. The people around didn't believe that Jesus was God’s Son so to prove the power He had, Jesus told the man to pick up his bed and walk - and he did!

Jesus wants us to come to Him with our problems too. He cares for us and wants to help us. Most of all He wants us to believe in Him and that He died for us so we too can have our sins forgiven.
